How the program helped you/what it helped you achieve?
This master’s program is absolutely amazing! I have achieved my goal of leading a nonprofit organization. Everything I learned and practiced within the course work is applicable in my current position as Executive Director at the Ozarks Literacy Council.
I am able to share our mission through public speaking with confidence. The program gave me the tools to write a successful grant proposal, the ability to cultivate donors, as well as manage a nonprofit organization. I recommend that anyone who is looking to acquire and polish applicable skills for nonprofit leadership complete the MNCL program and become a Master!

How the program helped you/what it helped you achieve?
The program helped me to learn all facets of the nonprofit world. It exposed me to community leaders with valuable experience. I recommend this degree to anyone wanting to expand their knowledge of the nonprofit sector and go to the next level in their career. Because of my degree, I have recently joined the local Rotary and have become a board member at the public relations position. I am tackling things that I would have never tried before because I didn’t feel confident in myself. Now I feel like I can do anything I set my mind to!

How the program helped you/what it helped you achieve?
This program has grown me significantly! The agency I work for I don’t think would have hired me without it. While I was in the program, I used the information I learned to help me grow a very successful volunteer program for Harmony House. I learned so much during this program! It really took me to the next level and opened up my career opportunities. The information that we received was so relevant that I could take it to work and apply it to my job immediately. The professors get to know their students and they are invested in the success of each and every one of them. I would highly recommend this program to anyone desiring to work in nonprofit leadership.
