Effective Fall 2017, students can earn a graduate-level certificate in Cybersecurity Leadership from Drury’s Breech School of Business. The 12-hour certificate program qualifies for financial aid and can be completed in three semesters.
Six of the CSL credit hours can be applied toward Drury’s 30-hour MBA program, making it possible to earn a certificate and a MBA by completing just 36 credit hours.
Dr. Shannon McMurtrey, a professor and IT professional with 20+ years of experience, helped craft the certificate curriculum. The CSL certificate is designed for managers, small business owners and a wide-variety of professionals who seek knowledge in securing information systems.
An academic background in business or IT is not required for admission into the certificate program. Students completing all 12 hours of coursework will be prepared to sit for the ISACA certification exam (not required).
